To reserve the cafeteria for an after-school meeting, contact the office (615) 298-8082.  To reserve any classroom, contact the individual teacher. After the meeting has been discussed, let the office know the date and time so it can be added to the master calendar.

To reserve the gym, contact the P.E. department. The gym is also available for community use, through guidelines and rental fees set by the Metro School Zoning Department. Please note that per the guidelines established, a sports team with a league such as the YMCA is considered a community use of the space even if the team is comprised entirely of Julia Green students.
